I hired Tom to perform two home inspections in 2011, one for my current home and one for an income property. In each case, he provided a complete and thorough inspection. I accompanied him on my home inspection. During the course of the four hour job, he answered all of my questions confidently and courteously. I was very surprised to have a published version of his results prior to his departure. I would strongly recommend Tom as a home inspector based on his industry knowledge and professional performance.

Tom has performed some tough home inspections and of course some "normal" inspections. It's the tough ones that he has impressed me the most with his willingness to help resolve the problems at hand and go the extra mile. My experience has been that he has interacted with my clients and customers that I have referred to Tom, with the utmost professionalism and has always managed to gain their trust and faith in his ability. I have found him to be thorough in his inspections but not a deal killer and never causing undo alarm. I have enjoyed working with Tom and will definitely recommend him in the future as my primary home inspector for my real estate transactions.
