      Tom Taylor is co-founder and President of Phase 1 Consulting. Acting as President since its inception in 2003, Tom oversees the company’s day-to-day operations, sales & marketing, as well as the training and performance of team members. He provides assistance in the strategic planning of all quality control systems that keep Phase 1 reliable and efficient. With a thorough knowledge of the industry, and the experience to back it up, Tom is one of the most sought after Code and Permitting Consultants for technical and high-end projects in Chicago. Hard-working and dedicated to the success of each and every project, Tom’s primary focus is ensuring that clients receive the quality results they have come to expect, every time. Prior to co-founding Phase 1, Tom worked in the Code Consultation and Expediting industry from 1994 to 2003. He holds a Bachelors in Business degree from Loras College, where he graduated in 1991, and is a member of the Oelwein Community High School graduating class of 1987. Aside from his duties as President of Phase 1, Tom participates in several organizations. Professionally, he is a Board Member of the Regulatory Committee for the Illinois State Wireless Association. Tom is also an active member in his church, St. John of the Cross in Western Springs, sitting as a Trustee the Endowment Trust Fund and as a Board Member to the Athletic Committee.
