MerciBOOKoup is a non-profit organization that aims to provide everyone with free access to books, strengthen social connections, and promote a circular economy. I am the co-founder of MerciBOOKoup and responsible for all activities within the Netherlands. In this role I am involved in all decisions, such as funding applications and collaborations, as well as the development of the website (mercibookoup.org). MerciBOOKoup organizes monthly book exchange parties at various locations, sets up multiple partnerships to set up book exchange libraries such as in The New Block at Strijp-S in Eindhoven, and will soon offer a free online platform for peer-to-peer book exchange.
