Advised an AIM listed Wealth Management and Corporate Broking company on their UK wide leasehold office portfolio (rent roll of circa £700k pa) relocating their offices in Manchester and Isle of Man and refurbishment and subsequent disposal of their Bristol office and regear of London head office lease.
