Tom is a great leader who helped me prepare for my interview with invaluable suggestions and comments. As the process dragged on he kept me up to date throughout, once even while he was on holiday. As part of the SOAP team, he provided a superb recruitment service, I really appreciated Tom's understanding of the difficulty of the decision I had to make and the very real possibility I would not take the role for lots of reasons. He wasn't pushy at all and he was attentive and patient and I will always be grateful to him.

Capital Futures has two pillars to it's business labelled under Campaign and Executive Search. We have built trusting relationships with proven track record with the likes of Vista Equity, Francisco Partners, Blackstone, APAX Partners and Thoma Bravo and continue to work with their portfolio organisations to place key C Suite and leadership hires as well as build their GTM organisations. My primary role is to co run the Campaign Search function, advising CROs on their careers and building out their GTM functions on a retained basis. Show less

ROX PR is one of the biggest, most forward thinking & diverse events and marketing companies on the South Coast. After joining ROX I recruited a new team of 40 employees, offering training which led to a 150% increase in income through part time staff. I put in place new strategies and methods to increase performance, reward and motivation. During this time period I also increased brand revenue for one or ROX PRs sub brands by 200% through creating new marketing strategies, themes & increased performance in my hired team. Key Roles: - Hiring and maintaining a team of 45 - 60 employees which included sourcing for interview, interviewing & hiring. - Sourcing and liaising with 3rd Party companies for sponsorship & online marketing - Branding and marketing events of up to 18,000 people - Customer care and service - Social Media Marketing - Public speaking - Connecting our company with other businesses, venues, universities & students - Managing and liaising with multiple agents & artists - Public speaking & performing to crowds up to 1500 people I have 6 years of experience creating an idea and turning it into a big event covering everything from branding, social media marketing and staff management to running and hosting the event itself.
