We have built trusting relationships with proven track record with the likes of Vista Equity, Francisco Partners, Blackstone, APAX Partners and Thoma Bravo and continue to work with their portfolio organisations to place key C Suite and leadership hires as well as build their GTM organisations. ROX PR is one of the biggest, most forward thinking & diverse events and marketing companies on the South Coast. During my employment, it has been responsible for 5 festivals (Boundary Brighton & Land Beyond Festival); with Boundary Brighton 2019 being it's biggest event to date, reaching sell out capacity of 18,000. ROX is also responsible for annual events working with the University of Sussex. Within the past 12 months, I have created a brand new revenue stream by connecting with third party companies & building packages for them to be able to market their products/services on our platforms. This has generated thousands of pounds of new income for the company. After joining ROX I recruited a new team of 40 employees, offering training which led to a 150% increase in income through part time staff. I put in place new strategies and methods to increase performance, reward and motivation. During this time period I also increased brand revenue for one or ROX PRs sub brands by 200% through creating new marketing strategies, themes & increased performance in my hired team.
