  In this role, I act as a neutral third party, communicating between employer and employee (and vice versa) with the goal of facilitating a solution to the dispute. This includes the provision of legal information on their particular employment dispute, such as wage subsidy, the ERA, Holidays Act and the Minimum Wage Act. Our process is intended to help resolve the matter before the parties have become entrenched. Our process is a voluntary first step prior to mediation.
