      Working and managing within the maintenance department at a hotel can be challenging and difficult with different challenges everyday. It was a fantastic role split between hands on with air conditioning units to landscaping then in the office managing purchase orders, providing weekly rotas and having a team to manage and help them grow within the company along with their skill sets. Managing a team was my favourite part of the job, to see people progress and being part of that is very rewarding. Also having to help set up huge events for company’s like Deloitte and making sure all elements of logistics, electronics and maintenance is managed and maintained to make the event seamless.       After 10 years of plastering experience I have built up the skillset required to complete and manage projects to a very high standard. Whilst working on various projects ranging from cottages, converted barns, old lime-based builds to new builds, I have built up a large clientele during this time through my high level of customer service making sure that the customer always comes first; this in turn has created long lasting business relations based on trust.
