      Brewery Blocks (July 2007-January 2009) Tom was retained by JP Morgan when the asset was purchased from Gerding Edlen Development Company. Tom was responsible for the overall financial performance of the four block, 800,000 sq.ft. mixed-use project. Responsibilities included leasing and marketing, operations, parking, construction and project management. Pacwest Center (April 1997- July 2007) Pacwest Center is a 550,000 sq.ft. Class A hi-rise in downtown Portland. As the General Manager, Tom was responsible for the overall performance of the asset, which included leasing and marketing, construction and project management, accounting, budgeting, reporting and financial analysis. During his tenure, the asset maintained a 98% average occupancy and increased year over year NOI at an average of 3.3%. Tom worked closely with TriMet on the Light Rail transit mall project, to install mutually agreeable light rail stations on the property, that would achieve balance between public and private interests in transportation, access, and parking.
