I have had the great pleasure of working with Tom at Salisbury Audi over the last 3 or 4 years. Managers come in two types, those who engage their teams and take them forward and those that don’t. In the time I have worked with him, Tom has always found new and interesting ways to encourage and motivate his team in order to get the best out of us and drive the business forward to meet the objectives set by our directors. Fair and motivating in his management style, I very much enjoyed working with him.

Tom worked for me as a senior sales consultant for 4 years at Hine Motors (Foray Motor Group). During this time Tom was consistently among the best performing sales execs in the group despite the limitations of working from a smaller site. His CSI and KPI results were always exceeding targets. Tom is a dedicated and committed car sales professional. He has studied the skill of selling and understands completely the subtlety of the art. He is without doubt one of the most naturally gifted sales execs I have worked with. His ability to gain trust and credibility with customers has, in my experience, rarely been surpassed and this always gave him a competitive advantage. Without any doubt I would recommend Tom to any prospective employer. He will always be fiercely committed to the cause and will represent any business to the best of his abilities.
