Sometimes on life’s journey, there are certain individuals who enter your story and make a pivotal impact. Tom and his team at All Secure Foundation have been such individuals for me. As a Catholic priest and chaplain, I’m a person to whom people often turn when challenged with life’s problems and sufferings. But when us chaplains, counselors and first responders need help, where can we turn? - especially those of us who come from a SOF background. Recently, I found myself struggling to integrate my past military experience with my work and mission as a Catholic priest. In God’s kind providence, I believe Tom and I crossed paths at the right time. He and his team have provided the support and resources I’ve needed to continue my journey of healing and integration as a SOF veteran, priest, and chaplain. I’m deeply grateful for Tom, Jen, Andrew and the rest of the team at ASF. I look forward to continuing my journey with them, and I pray God’s continued blessings on ASF and their good work as they continue to help the veteran community.
