  Approached and recruited to design and implement a “Business Management” function within the Energy platform of Noble, working jointly for the two platform heads (Gas and Power in London & Oil Liquids in Stamford CT). The role covered geographic regions of EMEA and America’s based principally from Offices in London / Stamford / Houston.Initial focus was to identify organisational and process weakness and then to implement the required changes, process improvements, team etc. The role was established as part of the “Front Office” and immediately became the key contact point for the heads of the support functions (CFO/COO/CIO/HR/CRO). Role also covered Strategy Development and its internal Communication, preparation of Quarterly Board business reviews in conjunction with CFO and trading teams, developing solutions for regulatory changes impacting the business and implementation of varous efficiency and change programmes.
