  I am responsible for designing and building test fixtures for production level board testing of our new models individual boards. I use Visio and ProE to design and document the fixtures including BOMS and costing. I hand off drawings to our tool room for custom designed parts and submit the drawings into the EDPM database for future reproduction. The fixtures are also used here, I build one for China production, for Prototype functionality verification and troubleshooting.
