  Led seven technicians onboard the USS Nimitz in support of operations in Afghanistan. Managed qualifications for all sailors. Responsible for $10 million in equipment.-Established a split-team rotation to maximize support to both the embarked air wing and regional partners on shore.-Rendered safe and disposed of misfired, “dudded” and other unsafe ordnance allowing for the continued launch and recovery of aircraft and safety of 5,000+ embarked crewmembers.-Directly supported five customer units onshore and conducted exercises with six nations to enhance regional stability.-Established agreement for use of a new demolition range, creating operating procedures and defining requirements for continued use.
