Participated in the Student Associate Scheme. This consisted of several skills and training sessions followed by a three week placement at Sir John Hunt Community Sports College in Plymouth. During this time, I shadowed a science teacher, helping individual students during classes as well as planning and leading activities within the classes. I also spoke with pupils about university and careers in science. Following the placement, I was required to write a reflective report about my experience.
