  2010 to 2011 I worked in the CBRE Hotels team providing valuation advice to hotel owners, operators and lenders. This position provided me with extensive experience of analysing and valuing operational real estate in the UK and across EMEA. 2011 Onwards During my time with the Specialist Markets team I have had extensive experience of valuation, strategic advisory and capital markets instructions in the healthcare, leisure and pubs sectors. In my current role with the team I focus on capital markets work for portfolio and large single operational asset transactions across EMEA. In 2013 I was the recipient of the Karen Queen award – an award provided to one recently qualified graduate each year. The award provided me with a personal professional development programme including a three week visit to CBRE’s offices in San Diego, Atlanta and Denver and support in undertaking the CFA examinations.
