From managing events, to ensuring the grounds were up to a top OFSTED standard, this role has given me many strong transferable managerial skills including managing a team. During this time, I managed 5x cleaners who I had regular meetings and reviews with. This role ended when I joined Aerial Direct. My role as a communicator in the Royal Navy involved sending and receiving signals on a database to other ships and establishments while simultaneously setting up circuits and radio sets, working to ensure that all forms of communication throughout the ship were running smoothly. As well as being trusted to lead a team of up to 100 people from a number of Foreign Navy's and Armies, I was also expected to work as an integral part of the team to get work completed on time. I am highly adaptable if my workload changes, as this role involved working around the world, confined to a ship at sea or completing jobs in the middle of a war zone.
