  • Conduct behavioral observation training for observers and oversee steering committee. • Manage Rincon data base input and extract data for safe and at-risk behaviors. • Identify and follow up on mechanical barriers to completion. • Communicate observation data to all employees through newsletters, flyers, and power point presentations. • Use ergonomic observation data to identify ergonomics issues and conduct ergonomic hazard assessments where necessary. • Collect and prepare data for use in justifying capital projects. • Conduct process assessments of the Behavioral processes. Worked with Bruce Madsen of Sports Therapy from 1998 - current. Trained champion in Ergonomics. Worked with Bruce on soft tissue injuries at Clearwater Paper. Member of BST regional steering committee from 2004 - 2006. Member of BST National Steering Committee from 2007 - 2014. Presented at safety fests in Boise Idaho, Post Falls Idaho and Lewiston Idaho. Helped write up behavioral component for VPP Star status for Clearwater Papers Las Vegas facility. Presented at VPP region 10 conferences in Sun Valley, Idaho and Spokane Washington.
