Tom is a progressive manager that is not afraid of change. He was one of the first Nissan dealers in Texas to embrace Express Service. His dedication to this kept the dealership focused on the benefits of Express and helped insure the ultimate success at his dealer. As the stores confience grew they began giving customers stop watches which built awareness of just how timely they completed each service. Because of Tom's focus I was able to use them as a example when other dealerships Express operations stumbled.
