Designed and implemented systems, controls and procedures for accounting for five entities in the hospitality sector. This included business partnering with all major stakeholders (off-site operations managers, suppliers and mentoring and managing team members.) Oversaw the integration of two new entities. We utilised technology better to drive efficiencies and provide better and more accurate reporting. As a result of the improvements we were able to provide management reports within 15 days of month end.
