      In this role I deal with customer queries and issues based around the products they have purchased from TSL, and work to resolve them as quickly and efficiently as possible. I also have a good working knowledge of most commercial audio production processes, particularly recording and mixing, which will aid in related query resolution. I have to be able to talk clearly and concisely when presenting to large groups and groups who don't speak English fluently. I have to be able to understand and quickly answer deep technical questions based around our products and their integration into various systems.
