  After many years of learning the company from the ground up, to on-the-go business education, I joined Oil Changers Inc, our head office team as a General Manager. In early 2005, my father, Daniel Marin began handing over the reins of the company to me. In September of 2005, I officially took over as President. I am proudly and actively involved in all head office operations, including contract negotiations and the development of new Franchises.

  After learning the many aspects it takes to run an Oil Changers, and gaining an on-the-go-education in the workings of overall running a business, I aspired to own my own Franchise location. I started this location from the ground up - from hiring an incredible team, to setting up the location and design, etc. It was truly an eye-opening, and exciting experience. In early 2005, I sold this location to a new franchisee, and it has been running smoothly ever since!

  I officially began my career at Oil Changers in 1997 as an upper lube technician. This business has been in our family since 1996, and I was fortunate to be able to learn all of the moving pieces from the ground up to really give me a true, well-rounded understanding of our company.
