I met Tom when he was just starting to learn how to program. He asked for advice and mentorship and he was so enthusiastic there was no way I could refuse. I was immediately impressed with how quickly he learned new material and how excited he was to learn new material. He just didn't stop. Tom is an incredibly hard worker and has an excellent problem solving mind. I do not hesitate to recommend him for a software engineering position.

I worked in the Marketing and Sales department profiling the managerial structure of broker and carrier firms in the American medical insurance industry for future sales opportunities. I tested software and advised on improvements prior to a major product launch, also assisting in the design of company webpages. I gained business exposure and experience interacting with clients by accompanying business trips.
