It's rare that you come across an account manger like Tom. He is diligent, hard working and was always available whenever I needed anything. We worked together dealing with some of the biggest UK retailers. Initially setting up these accounts & then dealing with them on a day to day basis was always much easier with Tom was involved. Whenever an issue arose he drove solutions without hesitation. Any request I had was welcomed and if it was not achievable Tom would come up with an alternative. In short Tom is pleasure to work with and working with him made my job much easier.

Tom is a highly versatile account manager, showing drive and determination to deliver desired results. Always a pleasure to work with he has been a great asset to our team. Flexible and willing to accept change Tom is a highly adaptable employee, customer focus was a key strength always leading to strong lasting business relationships. Tom was also highly skilled at acquiring new retail business. Slendertone went through some structural changes which led to Tom's redundancy but his drive and determination will be sorely missed.
