Tom is, by far, the best leader I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Tom inspires, motivates and ascends people to their highest potential. I could not think of a better leader than Tom Kreinbring. He is superbly talented in this capacity. He is smart, resourceful, hardworking and loyal. Any company that is ever lucky enough to have Tom is a company headed in the right direction. He is truly remarkable and I will always be thankful for the impact he has had in my life.

I stewarded donors to help achieve departmental and program goals while raising thousands of dollars to provide services to the low income and vulnerable population in the Puget Sound area. I created communications through different mediums and gave presentations to individuals and groups. As the Circle of Hope Ambassador, I managed all monthly donors and their events while growing the group to add stability and efficiency to our programs through enabling programs to scale.

Changed course and added a kids' dash and increased volunteerism and outreach to lower the overhead of the event while increasing participation over the prior 2 years through presentations to different community and governmental entities. Shifted the event to a family and pet friendly venue with an expanded awards ceremony for pets and participants through different categories with zero safety or risk management issues. Was able to secure the news to show up; a first in years! Through filling in gaps in the event plan, I was able to breath new life into an event that had lost its identity over the years yielding thousands of runners and their families donating tens of thousands of dollars towards our programs. I conducted fundraising, volunteer coordination, event coordination, public relations, site management, content creation for different mediums, among other tasks, to successfully construct a community fair and 5K and kids' run with the approval of government, neighborhood and business buy-in. My latest run saw thousands donated to the Wauwatosa Public Library Foundation with hundreds of registered runners. This event was used as a platform to connect with constituents to advocate for and ultimately pass a redevelopment initiative within our neighborhood. As a member of the Steering Committee for the Redevelopment of MidTown Tosa, I was perfectly placed to lead the effort and garner feedback from the public. Show less

I directed all marketing resources and conducted all outreach events such as workshops, boothings, presentations, and lunch and learns while managing supply chain and business aspects of the clinic. Further, I created content for different mediums such as print, digital and social to promote natural, proactive approaches to health care. Finally, I represented the business in different service organizations, as a board of director of our "MidTown Tosa" business association and on city committees. This allowed me to help others achieve their goals while collaborating to make our community the greatest in SE Wisconsin. Show less

I managed 6 buildings that are comprised of 62 units with regards to all areas of property management through proper time management and reporting through our different personnel and property accounting systems. I conducted showings using different software to advertise and setup meetings and open houses and adhered to strict timelines for move in and move out purposes with a pleasant demeanor. Maintaining the structures and grounds was a paramount part of my job to insure minimal issues with buildings yielding over $700,000 annually in revenue. By maintaining a high standard, I was able to lower turnover which lowered our overhead because folks renewed their leases. Show less
