Tom is a highly approachable, forward-thinking and motivating leader. I have worked with Tom at Accraply for over a year, and reported directly to him on various occasions during this time. He ensured I was provided with all the necessary information and know how, before taking on tasks within his department, going as far as mapping out any potential issues ahead of time, so I would know how to tackle these should they arise. No question, query or worry was too much, which allowed me to quickly pick up the role, and confidently take on tasks, which a week or two before I wouldn't have even had known where to start. His motivating attitude and approachability, ensured the Aftermarket and Sales department continuously met and built upon sales targets.
