  Am responsible for all faculty-related issues at The Hill School. Coordinate faculty hiring, training, professional development and retention with a special focus on supporting the new faculty at the school. I serve as a representative of the administration while at the same time an advocate for our faculty. Most importantly, I get to work with people everyday, which I love.

  I have taught a variety of courses at The Hill including United States History, World History, American Studies and Economics. Over the years, I have taught mostly sophomores and juniors, and have placed a great emphasis on life skills, such as effective writing, excellent public speaking skills, cooperation in groups, and a strong work ethic.

  I was responsible for all on-campus and off-campus activities for The Hill School from 2000-2004. This included a wide variety of things, and I was supported by the school's "Dream Team" of students. Some of the highlights of the job were planning the 6th Form Dance, running the annual J-ball league, and organizing the Hill Challenge.
