The working environment was fast paced and I had to adapt to change constantly. I had to manage my time effectively due to working on multiple programmes at any given time. I met all deadlines and to the highest of standards, to coincide with the prestige reputation of London Business School. The job role involved communicating precisely and accurately with a variety of different stakeholders and different levels of staff members with some in different countries in different time zones. A crucial part of my role was financial budgeting. The budget was set by the team, meaning important financial decisions were made on a daily basis. Whilst raining purchase orders and invoicing was part of the role. In order to progress my career I sort the opportunity to take on roles outside of my job requirement. I was heavily involved in the pre-programme set up, delivering the programme and the programme wrap ups, whilst running a programme by myself. This allowed me to interact with participants and strengthen my communication and organisational skills. I worked under pressure to a high standard and within time restraints, without the quality of my work in my original job role being affected.
