Zelden heb ik mogen samenwerken met zo een prettige collega als Tom, die geen uitdaging uit de weg gaat en zijn werk altijd uiterst serieus neemt. Zijn vriendelijke uitstraling en zijn positieve houding komen dagelijks terug, dat is duidelijk merkbaar aan zijn relaties met verschillende opdrachtgevers die haast allemaal met Tom weglopen. Tom ziet kansen en pakt deze direct met beide handen aan. Dit doet hij door altijd georganiseerd en gestructureerd vanuit een strakke planning aan de slag te gaan. Een uurtje overwerken? Voor Tom geen probleem! Kortom, een erg prettige collega en ik zie er naar uit om komende jaren samen de markt in Waddinxveen te veroveren.

      As a consultant at Tempo-Team, I was the bridge between the employer and employee. The petrochemical industry was struggling at that moment. The low oil price made it difficult for the petrochemical industry to free up money for new construction projects. This problem would have an impact on maintenance and repairs. The aim of the research was to show whether there was a real interest in Easy-Qote technology in the maintenance and repair market of the petrochemical industry. The research was focused on the Antwerp and Rotterdam areas.
