As an electrical apprentice I was faced with the many different tasks in several different new construction projects that included pipe bending, wire pulling, BX, panel wiring, fire alarm systems, cable tray, data networking, low voltage lighting systems, single phase & three phase services, installation of transformers, MCC's and many other tasks that was the foundation for my career in the field of electrical. I always worked with journeyman electricians with whom I gleaned from as much as I could. Working with Status taught me the fundamentals of hard work and exposed me to many new construction projects (Schools, hospital, commercial buildings, ag buildings, etc. I also had a lot of exposure to renovation projects, learning how to work with people in occupied buildings, keeping my area tidy and in general learning some of the basics of good customer relations.
