Tom is a selfless individual who is not only an exceedingly good manager of people but an extremely hard worker too. He really helped push the company forward with the introduction of numerous projects that proved very profitable. Tom's man management really does stand out, he has a knack of getting the best out of people without having to throw his weight around and it has been a joy to be involved in the growth and progression of FCD with him and long may it continue. As a Sales Director for him company growth comes first and he is more than happy coming into work early and staying late to make sure everything is done.       At Foreign Currency Direct we focus on delivering the highest levels of personal service to every single client. This, coupled with our excellent rates of exchange, has resulted in FCD expanding into one of the leading independent foreign exchange brokers. During my time at the company I have devised and implemented numerous system improvements as we continually look for ways to develop our offering to clients and affiliates.
