My role as management account for Lee Hecht Harrison Penna limited UK & Ireland allows me to oversee both the UK and Irish entities reporting the monthly P&L accounts to internal stakeholders, whilst working closely with the finance controller and head of finance to ensure that processes are stream lined and compliance are being met from both internal and external operations.

Processing the day to day tasks such as purchase invoicing, allocting cash recievables, credit control & billing. The posistion has gaven me a wide experience to all operational parts of the finace department, which has given my a fantasic base knowlege of both transactions and operational processes, which i can now use in the curent posistion of management accountant.

My First finance role, working for Redfin management was a step forward in my career in finance. Starting as a junior account assistant, I was given great exposure to the foundations of accounting and finance. Redfin allowed my to experience a number of different clients with the media and marketing industry. Working with companies of 12 employees to sole trader, i worked closely with the owners and employees to ensure that the daily accounting was up to date, so they can make decisions of how the business was operating.
