  As a Supervisor at BookHolders, I am responsible for the day to day running of the store. I manage around 30-60 employees whilst providing a high level of customer service to college students or members of the public who choose to use our services. While there I manage money daily, create schedules for employees, spend time fixing and solving problems (In a team and as in individual) and deal with any complaints we may receive.   I worked as an Apprentice Server and Bartender in an up-market chain restaurant. I gained many skills including communication (with other members of staff and guests), effective money management and handling, on the spot problem solving and a great deal of time management. I completed my Apprenticeship in October of 2013 and received a nomination for National Apprentice of the Year in the United Kingdom.
