      I founded UAutoBee in 2004 to provide automotive dealers with marketing services and techniques for Lot Service. Seeing the power of video in marketing, AutosOnVideo was launched in 2011, AOV is an app that provides full motion, VIN-specific video. My gut sense was that video would be a powerful addition to the automotive retail marketplace. By 2016, my sense was well-supported with data from TNS Media Consumption Report. “69% of people who used YouTube while buying a car were influenced by it” – more than TV, newspapers, or magazines.While pioneering the use of video in the automotive marketplace, we learned that it is more than just a bonus feature to add to marketing. We have seen video provide the dealer and salesmen the means to engage their customers more fully with a medium that makes the vehicle come alive—and provides a powerful assist to the consumer in their buying decision. We regularly advise our clients to include video as an aspect of their dealership brand.
