  I am an instructor teaching contracting fundamentals to the Defense acquisition workforce. I have created some simulations. The more robust is a source selection simulation in four days taking a team preparing for a source selection through every major step of the process. In this process, the attendees do the work. Results have been great, in that teams report the source selection runs more efficiently, documentation is much better, and protests appear to be less frequent. The second is related to the acquisition planning phase. We have a pro-type we have execute half a dozen times. It gets good marks from attendees, but I believe it needs to be revamped to better address acquisition concerns. Show less
