I had the privilege to work with Tom for three years at CertainTeed Gypsum. In that time I got to know him as a dedicated leader and true sales management professional. He devoutly looked after his people and articulately blended that with the needs of the company. They were challenging times for the company and the pressure Tom was under was immense. He always kept his wits about him and looked for a path to success. Tom carries a positive attitude and infectious attitude into his team and inspires people to want to do well. Through it all he never lost his sense of humor or missed greeting you with his warm smile. Tom is a true gentleman and I grateful for the opportunity to meet him and learn from him.
