Maximized value by providing industry awareness bringing external investments into product pipeline. Orchestrated first of kind partnership with Silicon Valley company to bring common user design and user experience to military space enterprise. Millions of dollars wasted annually due to non-standardized formats, inefficient processes, and almost all user interfaces being designed from scratch. Structured three separate contracts across 6,300 person center to bring common design elements to applications leveraging $3M initial investment.Established and negotiated $200M production contract. Petabytes of data exposed in real time, processed and archived and made available to commercial users. Hosted academia and civil partners to take part in data discovery and algorithm development. Novel algorithms developed to support U.S. Forestry Service in wildfire discovery and forensic support in Colorado and California.
