Few people have the opportunity to report to a manager who is also a coach and mentor—but I did when I worked for Tom. His guidance and support allowed me to excel and grow within Autodesk in a very short period of time. He provided stability and structure within a complex startup that allowed myself and others to effectively carry out our tasks. Tom also had the ability to provide Technical Presentations at an executive level which lead to the closing of many high profile accounts.
