I assisted with the day-to-day running of the Coffeyville Community College women's soccer team who compete in the Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference. My duties involved: - Planning and executing daily practices for college student-athletes aged 18-20 years old. - Developing a network both domestically and internationally to recruit the right personnel to fit into the ethos of the program. - Design and implement off-season workouts which showed increases in strength and speed. - Assist with players being recruited by NCAA Division 1,2 and NAIA women's soccer programs. - Work well with all personnel of the college including upper management. - Demonstrated clear communication with management.

Head Goalkeeper Coach

- Created and implemented goalkeeper drills for boys and girls aged 8-16 years old, 5 nights a week. - Conducted weekly assessments of all goalkeepers throughout the fall and spring season as well as resistance lifting sessions. - Created and implemented teams drills for boys and girl’s teams aged 8-16 years old while also teaching individual skill. - Mentored and trained multiple goalkeeper to make the Minnesota Olympic Development team. - Worked with the director of coaching to improve all aspects of the soccer club. - Managed and analyzed individual goalkeepers. - Assessed potential goalkeeper’s through try-outs for the club.
