  First call operative for SGN, attending various forms of gas emergencies such as leaks, attending homes where an active carbon monoxide alarm is present and undertaking copper pipework and steel re run supplies. Also, repair and exchange various forms of gas meters, always ensuring that health and safety as well as a high level of customer service is provided with every task. As I am the first person to attend site on any gas emergency situation, I must make various on the spot decisions and have an accurate judgement to ensure that the customer is safe once I arrive, and once I have left their home.
