My current role with TechWerks and the Whole Health project is as the course director for the Whole Health in Your Practice Course, as well as a course manager for all of our short course offerings. We offer a vast variety of courses to the VA, and are continuing to train many VA employees both virtually and face to face. My role is not to only support all these courses, but to also support our team in meeting VA deliverables. I provide a lot of back-end support for the team as well, helping with Teams, SharePoint, video editing, captioning, and zoom support. Show less

    • Whole Health Project Manager
      • Nov 2020 - Nov 2021

At the end of the previous Whole Health contract that was held by PIRE and University of Wisconsin, the transition was made to TechWerks. My role at TechWerks is to fully support all faculty, courses, producers, course directors, and other miscellaneous Whole Health program and project management needs. In my role, I am fully immersed in the virtual education world. I work with Zoom, Teams, WebEx, and am a quick learner on any platform. Also, through all of my other projects, I am using tools like HTML, Camtasia, Descript, and much more. I communicate with people from all over the VA system at various levels of leadership all the way up to Executive Directors. I am well known throughout Whole Health for my high level of support, ability to learn quickly, execute projects in a timely manner, and for being a great member of a team. The Whole Health program continues to grow as Whole Health spreads throughout the VA system and into the lives of the Veterans that we do this work for. Show less

    • Whole Health Courses Project Manager
      • Oct 2018 - Oct 2020

During my time at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, I worked to support the Whole Health project with our partners at the VA and PIRE. My main responsibility was to support the clinical courses and their delivery. I communicated on a daily basis with people of all levels from VA hospitals around the country. My role was to coordinate with my partner at the VA to make sure things were prepared for the courses that sites hosted. I also traveled about 2 times a month for almost 2 years to different VAs to support the course deliveries. I learned a lot from attending courses across the country, not only from the course itself, but the participants and faculty too. When COVID started, my work shifted as face to face learning halted. At that point, I worked with different faculty to convert the courses to the virtual delivery method. Lastly, I ended my time with UW by helping finish submitting the final deliveries for the contract that ended in October 2020 when the shift was made to TechWerks. I worked intensely to get all materials in on time, alongside my supervisor Marite. I learned a lot in my time with UW. Show less

I worked between two different locations depending on the school schedule and whether or not I was at home or UW-L. I learned many different skills throughout my time at Dick's, most importantly, being able to communicate well with anyone. Show less

My job at Artlip & Sons (HVAC Company), was to do things that were important to the other employees that they did not have time to do, such as bring parts to job sites, do heavy lifting, cleaning & landscaping at the shop, and many other random jobs. It is definitely not something I want to do later in life but it was a good way for me to make some money as a high school student and to develop skills like a hard working attitude and grit. • Golf Coach
      • Apr 2013 - Sep 2013

I helped with some camps for little kids to learn golf skills. This was a very rewarding job to see children improve at golf and see how happy they can be when they begin to get better at golf. I did not work a lot of hours doing this but the time I did meant a lot to me and taught me a lot about how to work with children.

    • Course Assistant
      • Apr 2013 - Sep 2013

My responsibilities at the golf course entailed many things including, cleaning and filling carts, picking range, filling water on course, some course maintenance, preparing carts for outings, etc. I had many different responsibilities which taught me how to manage my time to get all of my work done throughout the day so the course could run optimally.
