(1) Tracking Online:Design the function logic and cooperate with IT department to realize EDI connection with suppliers’ system, and then we can track the shipment online. (2) Pre Classification online & make customs declaration documents automatically: Design the function logic and cooperate with IT department to build SKU master data, which helps to realize customs declaration documents made automatically. The system helps to improve the efficiency much. 4. Cost Saving:Through data analysis and the optimization plan execution, we realize to reduce the logistics cost about 10 million RMB per year. 5.Team Management:Considering sense of worth, potential and working attitude to choose suitable member of team.
