At Paragon Marketing Group I started as a Project Coordinator. I was lucky enough to be put on the Gatorade account where I played many different roles in the company. I helped on everything from working with High School Associations, NCAA Universities and private tournament entities all in relation to providing them Gatorade on their sidelines. A large part of my job is the implementation of all of Paragon's hard work. I travel the country activating the events, by ensuring that coolers of Gatorade are being put on the sidelines of various tournaments of various sports. After a great summer I got brought on full time to being an Account Coordinator and joined the NCAA Team full time. Now year round we work to prepare and ensure that nearly 200 NCAA Universities have Gatorade on their sidelines for the their summer sport camp programs. Amongst that I work on the logistics team for a nation wide sweepstakes, Gatorade, Sweat With The Best. I also work with High Schools on a daily bases with the Gatorade G Week Program. I am well versed in many different areas, and continue to grow and learn as the job does.

    • Marketing and Sales Intern
      • Aug 2014 - Dec 2014

I was the marketing and sales intern for the Northwestern University athletic department. My main job was to help run and prepare the football game day operations. During the Saturday of home football games I helped facilitate the family fun zone, Wildcat Alley. This involves setting up the Northwestern promotions table, handing out free give aways and providing information when a fan has a question. During the game I am on the sideline and help run the in-game promotions including BWW Wing it for Wings, BMO Harris Catch for Cash and Coke Zero Toss. I would also assist with any halftime entertainment and lend a hand when needed. After the game I would help tear down Wildcat Alley as well remove all the promotional items from the sideline. During the week I would do whatever is necessary in the office including making promotion code flyers for upcoming events, distribute items and information to various departments in the athletic department. I am also in charge of writing and designing the monthly news letter sent out to Willie's Kids Club. This provides information on teams and players excelling on any given month as well as highlighting birthdays of fans and upcoming events. I have learned a lot about the time and effort that goes into the inner workings of marketing and sales for a large, competitive, successful athletic department.

    • Operations Intern
      • May 2013 - Aug 2013

I worked as an operations intern at five different golf tournaments around the world. I helped make the tournaments possible by doing the day to day necessities to make the tournaments run smoothly. I helped coordinate the volunteers at every tournament. I made sure that all the vendors at the tournaments were on time and well taken care of. I put up the signage throughout the course so the sponsors images were visible to the attendees and the television cameras. I made sure the course was ready everyday for the golfers as well at the spectators. I did whatever had to be done to make the tournament run smoothly.

    • Inclusion Aid
      • Jun 2011 - Aug 2012

I worked with children with special needs at a sports camp. I assisted the children become apart of the group and helped them play sports with the other campers on a daily basis. I helped integrate my camper with the other campers so they wouldn't feel left out. Whatever assistance my camper needed I gave them to ensure that they were comfortable and happy.
