Working with Tom over the last few years on complex aviation projects in Asia has been a great experience. From winning new work to being an extremely well organised Project Manager, Tom is professional, dependable, highly motivated and fun to work with. I would highly recommend Tom to anyone who is looking for an experienced Project Manager across a broad spectrum of specialist aviation projects. I wish Tom all the best in Europe exploring the next chapter of his career.

Tom Bortoli joined us as a Project Manager in our Bangkok office early in 2020. He quickly developed an understanding of our aviation portfolio as well as the governance process that guides all of our work at Jacobs. He provided PM services on the Noida International Airport project in India during the pre-PMC stage and won enthusiastic endorsements form our end client for his work in moving that part of the project forward very quickly. Then, moving on to the U Tapao International Airport project where Jacobs is providing Program Advisory Services, he became an essential member of the core team, dealing jointly with client concerns and issues and keeping the project on track by timely interactions with our global subject matter experts. Throughout his tenure with us he was a delight to work with, diligent, accurate, and with sound judgement. Although we understand the family reasons for his departure we were all sad to see him go and wish him well with his ongoing career. I would not hesitate tp recommend Tom for a senior project manager role in aviation or more generally in the transportation fields.
