I attend meetings to discuss the IT needs of the School, from an operational or service related viewpoint. To establish the best plans and ideas that suit both the teaching and learning and ICT Infrastructure. I also managed the integration of a brand new Primary School into the current Secondary School and supported this School in the same way i supported the secondary School . I had to oversee many large technical changes at BCCS and CPS over the years I was network manager at the Schools. My Role moved more and more towards strategic planning and away from the day to day running of the School due to the Primary School implantation and the emergence of a new MAT The School were keen that i am involved in managing the ICT for the MAT when created.
