Tom is called 'Uncle Tom' in the classroom and the kids love 'Uncle Tom'. He has been the English teacher for my son Jacob for over 2 years and has helped him to learn and grow tremendously not only in the areas of knowledge and English, but also in areas of creativity and character building. He has developed a system together with the materials to help kids at different language level to learn more effectively. He is also loving and lots of fun to be with. My husband and I are really glad to see all the positive changes that Uncle Tom has made in my son's development.

Tom was a friendly, engaging, patient and thorough teacher and worked well with a variety of english speakers within the class. All the children were very fond of Tom, my daughter especially, as he was always kind and dedicated to assisting her to read more challenging books. The Head of International Education Services ECA (Online Courses) is responsible for the delivery of all online ECA courses nationwide which are either conducted through the English language, or relate to the teaching of the English language. They travel the country to market, promote, and sell our courses to existing Etonkids families, as well as looking at ways to expand our sales into other areas especially to former and potential Etonkids customers, as well as promoting our online courses to customers who have no previous connection to Etonkids Educational Group. The Head of International Education Services ECA (Online Courses) must grow and expand this new product area, developing it as a central growth area for the company. Additionally, the Head of International Education Services ECA (Online Courses) works in collaboration with academic department colleagues in order to ensure the academic quality of online courses, and to deliver quality reviews of our service partners as required. They are also required to ensure successful communication between the International Education Services Department and its business partners, including the full tracking and documentation of sales and courses being offered. Finally, the Head of International Education Services ECA (Online Courses) works in partnership with other colleagues within the International Education Services Department to investigate new products and services which can be offered, including working with vendors and business partners for the development of English-medium classes, camps, holidays, and family events.
