  Thomas H. Bilodeau, III, concentrates on corporate, commercial, and securities law. He is a graduate of Boston College Law School (J.D., 1996, cum laude; recipient 1994 Corpus Juris Secundum Award for Scholastic Excellence) and Bowdoin College (B.A., 1990, Government and Legal Studies). Mr. Bilodeau’s diverse practice reflects the firm’s broad client base and includes all aspects of the organization and operation of corporations, limited liability companies, general and limited partnerships and other business entities, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, the organization and operation of investment managers and hedge funds and related regulatory and compliance matters, contracts, secured transactions, and public and private financings. Tom and his wife, Kelly, live in Hingham, Massachusetts with their three daughters.
