After my year of research working alongside Charge My Street, I successfully started working for its sister organisation Cybermoor Ltd. My role involves overseeing amazing projects such as SOSCI, REVUP and MANY to improve Electric Vehicle infrastructure as well as integrating 5G connectivity in remote areas. I solely run all social media for three different community benefit societies as well as create newsletters and organise events. I work closely with different local authorities to complete tasks to install electric vehicle chargepoints across the North of England.

During the summer of 2020, I was offered the job as an office administrator, assisting to complete tasks ready for new students arriving. This role has allowed me to use my previous experiences and add and improve many processes to enhance the functionality of the company to achieve results. As well as dealing with the enquiries and issues of over 300 students, I liaise with over 10 landlords to make sure the properties are up to our high standards. In a very short time I have become a very important part of a small team and completed training in my new processes. The new processes have had a significant effect on the company this year.

FGH allowed me to meet and keep safe some of the best artists in the world such as; Noel Gallagher, Paul McCartney and many more. Working long hours and making sure you are always alert to situations whilst keeping up high levels of customer service was challenging but highly rewarding. I worked 16+ hour days at the UKs most amazing festivals as well as being 2IC (second in charge) and often supervisor at the Philarmonic Hall in Liverpool, a grade listed venue. Being a customer service officer at Yorkshire Bank is one of the most difficult but most rewarding jobs I have had so far. You are on the first line of customer service when it comes to the bank and you are challenged with different queries or issues throughout the day. I have learnt an awful lot at the bank, my face to face customer service skills have been tested but improved and as well as making sure everything you do is compliant you have strict targets to work towards. These include; booking Mortgage appointments, referring possible Credit Cards, upgrading current accounts to the latest account and I feel I have been achieving these as well as keeping up an organised effective service. These targets are make sure the customer is getting the most from their bank account, everything we do at the bank is in favour of the consumer. I believe I have gone above and beyond at Yorkshire Bank from working long hours to working weekends to make sure the bank is as efficient as possible. I have gained other skills such as ATM replenishment and maintenance, this is a very high pressure job due to the amount of money involved and also having to work to time scales so all the other jobs can be completed as well as.
