  Lead software developer of an Internet of Things solution for industrial control and automation. Working for a small startup company has forced me to operate with a very broad spectrum of technologies. This in turn drives frequent learning and research into the best practises and methodologies for these technologies. This learning is inspired by my desire to be great at my profession. In my time at Daytech, I have driven a move towards a DevOps mentality and framework. I have successfully implemented source control processes and technologies to manage Daytech's most important artefacts. As the company matures, I intent to implement: - Automated configuration of Daytech's products, to increase operation efficiency - Automated Testing Framework for Daytech's source code (involves Embedded C and JavaScript based solutions) - Agile procedures for software development - Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment pipeline to increase value stream efficiencies
