  My role as Staff Trainer, was to primarily educate and train new staff to the standards required of the company, in areas such as Health and Safety, Food Hygiene and Cash handling, providing myself a role model for them to follow. This was reinforced by frequent education sessions and assessments.I was also responsible for guiding applicants through the Apprenticeship Scheme, which coupled with in store training provided employees with a Hospitality Qualification.
