  At Kramp Hub we've developed an E-Commerce platform for Kramp and Maykers. Within the architects team my focus area is the infrastructure. This means I'm mostly involved in any non customer facing concerns. Such as security, observability, quality assurance and cost control.- Defining how we use Google Cloud- Helping developers with any questions, varying from troubleshooting production issues to setting up CI/CD pipelines- Leading the infrastructure guildMy favorite project was to guide a frontend team into setting up a process for provisioning isolated specific environments for their pull requests.

  At Kramp Hub I got the opportunity to completely rebuild the search functionality on Kramp's webshop from scratch, in a microservice architecture on the Google Cloud Platform. With my past experience of WebSphere Commerce I was able to play an important role in realizing the integration (and roll out) of an Elasticsearch based search application with the WCS webshop.It was great to be fully responsible for several systems and to have lots of architectural freedom. It has allowed me to expand my skills from purely doing development work to also setting up build pipelines and doing production deployments. In my daily activities I fulfil various roles: developer, Scrum Master, DevOps and analyst. I enjoy having a deep understanding of all of my teams’ applications and guarding their quality.A highlight of the main technologies I've worked with at Kramp Hub:- Elasticsearch- Spring Boot- Various GCP products- Docker- Kubernetes- gRPC- PostgreSQL

  At Kramp I have been part of one of the webshop Scrum teams, responsible for developing and maintaining an IBM WebSphere Commerce webshop. My team would mostly focus on the backend tasks, such as integrating with other systems. My main area of expertise is the Apache Solr based search engine. But I've gathered a lot of experience in the entire stack.   Project "Mobile check-in system". With a group of 4 Dutch and Chinese students we executed this project for a company in the Chinese aviation industry. The goal was to deliver an Android application to assist people with checking in for their flight as well as a data management system. I exclusively worked on the data management system using the following technologies: - Hibernate - Apache Struts - Java Server Pages Project "Mobile check-in system".
